Your new role:

• Be familiar with Australian educational and migration service industry and relevant sectors, identifying NewStars company's culture and having a strong passion for this industry;
• Carrier Oriented and Customer-oriented driven candidate, achieving goals at work and looking for challenges of a high-paying job;
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, providing advice to clients on Australian education and migration and visa issues;
• Reaching and converting clients who are seeking migration service with visa applications and documentation;
• Attracting international students to enrol in a variety of courses/universities, change courses, Professional Year Program, etc.
• Provide accurate and detailed advice based on a strong understanding of migration legislation and policy
• Liaise with clients, skills assessing authorities and government authorities including DHA and State/Territory Governments

You bring to the role:

• Experience providing education/migration counselling;
• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, great customer service skills;
• Bilingual Speaking, especially proficient in English and ideally Vietnamese, Indonesian, Spanish or Mandarin
• Patient, self-motivated and adaptable to the needs of each client, candidates with knowledge and experience in consulting or customer service would be an advantage;
• Well-presented, business-like and keen to gain new experiences, responsibilities, and accountability as the company continues its growth;
• Full work rights (min. 1 year);
• At least 1 year related job experiences;
• QEAC License or Registered Migration Agent PREFERRED;
