Disability Support Worker - Footscray (Vietnamese and English Speaking) Full-time Job

About the Clients

• Make a difference in the community by supporting NDIS clients.
• Helping people with activities of daily living such as showering, light household cleaning, companionship, meal preparation, shopping, transport to appointments
• Visit clients on a regular basis who live independently in their own home so you can provide one on one care (no pressures of supporting multiple clients at once like in nursing homes)

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in the role, you will require the following:

• Minimum 2-3 weekdays of availability on a weekly basis
• Be able to speak Vietnamese.
• Previous experience working as support worker or similar (preferred)
• NDIS worker screening clearance
• First Aid Certificate
• Working With Children Check
• Current Driver’s Licence (P1 or above) and access to a reliable vehicle

Our client is an ethical and fast-growing provider of support services in Perth. We are seeking Support Workers to assist in providing high-quality care to a range of NDIS and Aged Care participants. We are currently seeking multiple support workers in various locations around Perth.
Our staff are experienced in supporting clients in-home while utilising their skills to provide high-quality, compassionate care. There is scope for our support staff to work specifically with NDIS participants, Aged Care clients or a mix of both.
