About Us The Co-Group is a growing charitable, not-for-profit (NFP) organisation that offers opportunities for support workers to provide care for clients that include in-home support, group homes, and day centres in the disability and aged care industry. The Co-Group employs a multicultural and diverse workforce including visa holders. Our client is an ethical and fast-growing provider of support services in Perth. We are seeking Support Workers to assist in providing high-quality care to a range of NDIS and Aged Care participants. We are currently seeking multiple support workers in various locations around Perth. Our staff are experienced in supporting clients in-home while utilising their skills to provide high-quality, compassionate care. There is scope for our support staff to work specifically with NDIS participants, Aged Care clients or a mix of both.
