About the roles
- Adminstration Manager and Officer Roles are both permanent full-time.
- Administration Manager role is paid $35/hr and works standard working hours (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri).
- Administration Officer role is paid $26.98/hr and is 5 days per week including Saturday and Sunday when you receive $40.47/hr Sat and $47.22/hr Sun.
- Work with and contribute to a fantastic team with a fun-loving atmosphere.
About you
- Technologically fluent with an ability to problem solve.
- Confident and cheerful disposition.
Rostering experience, ideally with any rostering software such as Human Force. - Customer service experience.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills. If you speak Vietnamese this would be an advantage.
- Be resilliant and motivated to do your best every day.
- Administration Manager is also required to have management experience. You will need to know how to get the best out of your team.
- Experience with sales, marketing, HR, WHS, finance, IT and/or information systems would be an advantage.

- Nil.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to the Forest Lake Lodge community.
- Effectively managing rosters for our staff of 150+.
- Provide administrative support including answering phones, filing and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and update software, databases and documents.
- Update social media, communications and family tours.
- Abide by the Code of Conduct.
- Stay up to date with training.
- Any other duties as required.
- Positively contribute to our plan for continuous improvement, with your feedback we make things better!
