Vietnamese Speaking Account Manager Full-time Job

We are now seeking a motivated and confident Vietnamese Speaking Account Manager to join the team at our Office in Sydney CBD. 

 

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Managing relationships with existing clients to drive satisfaction
2. Adhering to company compliance standards
3. Managing new leads effectively and reaching set KPIs
4. Suggesting innovation and improvements to the customer experience and being involved in the roll-out of suggested initiatives
5. Assisting in developing educational material for clients on market moves, opportunities, risk management, and trading strategies
6. Keeping up to date on economic and political issues that affect the financial markets
7. Conducting research to deliver market updates and commentary over social media
8. Preparing daily/weekly market summaries and writing relevant articles covering both fundamental and technical analysis
9. Coordinating with the marketing team to measure the success rate of the market commentaries.
10. Providing ideas for the monthly trading newsletter such as trade alerts and opportunities or educational articles
11. Assisting with presentations and webinars for client events/education.

 

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• 2 – 3 years’ experience in a FX/CFD or financial markets
• Vietnamese Speaking is essential
• Strong customer focus and a desire to go above and beyond for the customer
• Good knowledge of financial markets and trading
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Strong ability to work as part of a team
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Good decision-making skills, sound judgement, and critical thinking
• Committed to further learning and development
• Experience in presentations and public speaking.
