Administration officer Full-time Job

We are a well-established 3PL in Sunshine. Currently we have a great opportunity for vibrant and well organized Administration Officer to join our team.

This position is available for an immediate start.

Your role includes, but will not be limited to:

• processing, preparing documents for delivery and tracking orders
• Maintaining the warehouse management system
• Inventory management
• Manage of client accounts
• Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders to minimise issues and timely rectification of any issues that do occur 
• Undertake any other duties, accountabilities and responsibilities as directed
• Warehouse support 
   

The successful applicant will possess:

• Experience in warehouse, distribution and transport environment
• Fluency in speaking Vietnamese is essential
• Strong computer skills such as Word and Excel
• Very organized and detail orientated
• Exceptional time management skills
• Reliable and punctual 
• Work well under pressure in a fast pace environment
• A Can do and proactive attitude
• Willingness to learn all areas of the business and collaborate with team members
