We are a successful family business running for the last 16 years. We have newly renovated the restaurant and requires a Head Chef & cooks to lead our Vegan Vietnamese Restaurant into a new era. We're looking to develop a young team to grow our business and we value and reward hard working people.

Head Chef & Cooks

• Head Chef will manage 3 sections, Auto-Wok section, Soups section, Rice & Rolls section.
• Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
• Cook food in a timely manner in a fast-paced kitchen
• Supervise Cooks and assist as needed. Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
• Ensure appealing plate presentation
• Manage and monitor food stock and place orders.
• Maintained cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen and stock rooms.
• Teach new chefs and kitchen hands.
• Cooperate with all staff and store manager.
• Cooks to be responsible for preparation and cooking at various stations.
• Vietnamese speaking will be highly regarded.

 

Skills & Experience

• Head Chef - proven experience as a chef and management
• Cooks - proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen
• ability to work unsupervised
