ABOUT US The beginning From humble beginnings and under a different name Bread Provisions, husband and wife team, Long Hoang and Twee Nguyen have built an industry-leading brand with a stellar reputation for mouth-watering baked delicacies. Beginning with traditional Vietnamese rolls and located in Perth, Bread Provisions has flourished and expanded over the years. In 2010, Long and Twee decided to take a leap of faith and change their focus from traditional Vietnamese rolls to pies, savoury pastries and other sweet products. They also changed their name to Baked Provisions to reflect their expanding portfolio of products. The journey For Long, many years of crafting the ultimate pie has paid off. Baked Provisions experienced enormous business growth, rapidly becoming one of Western Australias leading bakery brands. 2012 saw Baked Provisions win its first major award at the Perth Royal Show in the beef, diced or minced pie division. The following years have brought many more prestigious accolades, including Australias Official Greatest Pie title at the national Great Aussie Pie Competition. Along with many gold medals in various categories in subsequent years. National expansion Baked Provisions debuted in New South Wales in 2015, followed by Victoria in 2017. At the time, products were being shipped frozen from Perth, while the new manufacturing plant was being built in Prestons, NSW. In March 2018, after nearly two years of development, Baked Provisions new, state-of-the-art facility produced its first freshly baked products on the east coast. Two years on and Baked Provisions is now found in New South Wales, Victoria, ACT and southern Queensland. With exciting plans are in the works to expand to other parts of Australia.
