The opportunity
Accountant and Tax Agent in Maddington requires an Assistant Accountant with experience.
The role
You will assist with performing day-to-day accounting functions and provide administrative support to the Practice Manager.
Key details of the position are:
- Full time permanent
- Salary Package: $60,000 per annum.

You will
- Work independently.
- Do individual, partnership, trust and company tax returns including rental property schedules, capital gains worksheets.
- Do Business Activity Statements.
- Do single touch payroll.
Selection Criteria
- Customer focussed attitude.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including in a cross-cultural context.
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work as a member of team.
- Ability to speak in Mandarin or Vietnamese will be an added advantage.
